LA QUINTA, Calif. (February 21, 2024) – Washington State men's golf ended its final round of The Prestige with a 5-under performance, moving up to a tie for 9th at 7-under, 845 on the par-71, 7,100-yard Greg Norman Course at PGA West.
Individually, fifth year senior Pono Yanagi scored a 4-over, 75 in the final round, and had the highest finish for the Cougs, tied for 25th at 3-under, 210.
Senior had the best round of his collegiate career, shooting a 3-under, 68 behind six birdies to finish the tournament tied for 104th with an overall score of 11-over, 224.
