Rockets' Cam Whitmore bullies OKC with added Summer League spotlight

Last week's Summer League opener for the Houston Rockets was largely defined by the stellar debut of No. 4 pick Amen Thompson. On Tuesday, it was Thompson's rookie counterpart's time to shine.

Cam Whitmore had the spotlight largely to himself Tuesday night as the Rockets defeated the Oklahoma City Thunder 105-92 to improve to 3-0 in Summer League competition. Thompson logged fewer than 30 Summer League minutes in total after suffering an ankle injury late in the opener. Jabari Smith and Tari Eason dominated Sunday's win over the Detroit Pistons, then were shut down for the rest of Summer League.
